Two decades. Two exits. 1,600+ entrepreneurs. Ireland’s first Certified EOS Implementer, EOS Trainer, and the first person in the world to hold a Master Franchise deal for EOS Worldwide, growing the brand across Europe. Former Executive Director of the World Trade Centre Dublin. Board advisor to people in rooms you’d need a very good introduction to get into. Music journalist for twelve years before I accidentally became all of this. Worked in TV PR.

Oh, and seven closets, a deeply irrational fear of wet feet, and an obsession with tiny people living inside jewellery that I cannot explain but have fully accepted. Highly qualified. Slightly odd. Completely worth your time.

Ireland’s first Certified EOS Implementer

Not just first to the party — I built the Irish party. I’ve been implementing EOS in Irish and European businesses since before most people here had heard of it.

First person globally to hold a Master Franchise deal for EOS Worldwide

I am the first person to hold a Master Franchise globally, leading the formal expansion across Europe. Yes, I believe in it that much.

1,600+ entrepreneurs

Advised, guided, challenged, and championed. I’ve been behind the scenes of over 1,600 businesses — seen what works, what doesn’t, and what nobody’s saying out loud. That number isn’t a flex. It’s a body of knowledge you can’t get any other way.

Two decades. Two exits. Many ventures.

No joke. No safety net. Lots of mistakes, lessons learned, with just dreams and the kind of stubbornness that turns out to be useful. My entrepreneurial footprint spans PR, telecoms, managed business services, concierge and lifestyle management, global trade and events, adult retail, fashion, cosmetics, and education. I’ve built from scratch, scaled, and exited — more than once, across more industries than most people attempt in a lifetime.

Led one of Ireland’s most prestigious business institutions. Sat on global advisory committees for the World Trade Centre Association worldwide.

Ran trade missions across Europe for multiple US state departments

Worked directly with American government bodies to facilitate international trade across Europe. The rooms were serious. Governors, Senators, first ladies. The work was real. The Secret Service checked me.

I advise founders and leadership teams you’d recognise — helping them make better decisions, lead more clearly, and build legacies worth having.

Music PR (AKA getting paid to party)

Before the boardrooms, there were dancefloors and decks. A decade working in nightclubs and record labels. Iconic people, once in a lifetime experiences and the best education I never planned for. Also: best fun ever.

So, why this?

A thing I know to be true: when you work with entrepreneurs, you’re never just working with one person. Every founder leads a team, grows a business, creates a job. They have the power to affect many souls: their families, their people, their communities. Ripples go far.

That’s what gets me out of bed. It’s really not the academic stuff, not the strategy, not the process, not even for the aha moments when everything finally clicks — even though when it happens, it’s a thing of beauty.

It’s really because – only because – it all compounds. Every business that runs better, every leader who gets honest, every team that finally pulls in the same direction — it matters beyond the room. Beyond the quarter. Beyond what either of us will ever fully see. I do what I do because it’s how I get to be exponential in the world.

How We Roll

Before we get into it – here’s what you should know about how I do things. My team and I are a
particular kind of people. These aren’t values we stuck on a wall and forgot about. Firstly, our values.

Be Kind.

Just be kind. It’s not complicated. Pay a stranger’s bill. Say please. Let someone in front of you in traffic. Think love, not fear — in business, in life, in the way you treat the person who makes your coffee.

Have Fun.

I’m allergic to boring. Life is too short to wear dull shoes. If fun is an option — and it usually is — take it. Find the craic in the chaos, take the funnier option.

Just Say It.

Look: we’re all busy. Let’s not do mind games. If you think something, say it. If you want something, ask for it. Don’t leave the elephant in the room — it’s a time waster, an energy drain, and reality: It’s just unkind. Say the thing. Mean the thing. Let’s get on with it.
