Rani Dabrai is a Certified EOS Implementer®, Executive Business Coach, and Serial Entrepreneur who helps CEOs and leadership teams cut through the chaos, gain clarity, and scale with confidence. With nearly two decades of experience and a track record of working with 1,600+ entrepreneurs, she knows what it takes to build and grow a thriving business. After launching her first company at 25 and selling it in 2018, Rani has gone on to co-own four businesses, invest in startups, and advise scaling companies. She has served as Director of the World Trade Centre Dublin, is a Senior Advisor to Monaco Foundry, and was named a Fellow of the All-Ireland Business Foundation for her contributions to trade and commerce. She’s also judged entrepreneurial competitions like Misk Global, GSEA (EO), and Social Entrepreneurs Ireland and served on the Advisory Council to UNICEF Ireland.
When she’s not transforming businesses, she’s chasing her two kids, perfecting Thai recipes, or indulging in her love for fashion. She’s an avid traveler, a Tayto sandwich devotee, and believes business (like life) should be bold, impactful, and fun.
